Rear extension to accommodate kitchen, living and dining space. The design focused on creating a light filled, open-plan area suitable for multiple uses without feeling overcrowded. Large openings connect internal and external spaces, while roof lighting maximises the natural light throughout the day.

Externally, the design places emphasis on grey/blue brick to mirror the feature detailing of the existing elevation.
