Rear extension to a 1950s semi-detached property, introducing flexible living spaces to accommodate the requirements of a growing family.
 
The design proposals included a new open-plan kitchen / dining / living area; a separate utility room; and a ground floor toilet. Externally, site levels were utilised to create a raised area for external dining with a feature pergola and perimeter planters.
