Single-storey rear extension to a Victorian Semi in East-Boldon.

The works included the re-organisation of a series of smaller extensions and an increased footprint to create a large, open plan kitchen, living and dinning space.
 
Feature roof lighting and large format windows flood the space with light and maintain a traditional appearance. Whilst a new fireplace and window seat provide clean-lined features for contemporary living.
