2-storey side extension to a 1930s semi-detached home on an angular plot. 

After exploring the volumetric possibilities on an angular site, the design solution incorporated ancillary rooms and storage spaces into areas with awkward geometries, in turn, maintaining 'square' living spaces.

On the ground floor, the proposals included a new open-plan kitchen and living space; a designated utility and WC; and a private office for home working. Upstairs accommodation added a third bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en.suite facilities.
